    1930’s GOOD YEAR Marigold Carnival Glass&Rubber Advertising Tire Ashtray/Trinket
    Description:
    Rare vintage GOOD YEAR tire ashtray. Tire is made of rubber with embossed "GOOD YEAR” logo.  Ashtray center is made of Marigold carnival glass with “GOOD YEAR” logo embossed on center surrounded by the words “Industria Argentina”.
    Unmarked glass but  known to be made in Argentina by “Cristalerías Rigolleau, circa 1930’s.
    Dimensions:
    Tire: 5-½ " (14 cm) diameter; 1 1/2" (4 cm) tall
    Ashtray: 3 ¼ " (8 cm) diameter; 1" (2.5 cm) tall
    Condition:
    Partially chipped edge of glass piece, almost not noticeable (see picture #6 ) Hardened and crazed rubber. Otherwise, very good to excellent overall condition.
