    This
    CHROME
    CLEVER THUMB LEVER
    (same design as the original Klever Lever)
    is designed to hold your Harley's throttle at your desired RPMs.
    This handlebar throttle adjuster knob attaches to the Harley's stock throttle lock (star thumb wheel).
    When your bike needs to warm up, simply crank it up, & lock your throttle RPMs to where you want them.
    This fits all Harleys that have a star thumb wheel. If you don't have a Harley that has the star thumb wheel, this isn't for you. This snaps on to the star thumb wheel. This is made out of a high impact polymer and chrome colored.
    Some riders may also use this as a poor man's cruise control to ease stress on their throttle & giving their throttle hand a break. It still is over-ridable and easily adjusted - even with heavy gloves! Package says it fits FXR & Softail 84-03, but it will fit all Harley's that have a star style thumbscrew.

    CLEVER THUMB LEVER
    is especially great for the long rides to the bike rallies! After using this you will wonder how you ever got along without it! We all let our clutch hand rest occasionally going down the road, so doesn't your throttle hand need & deserve a break, too?
    Easily installed by snapping it on to the thumbscrew that's located between the throttle cables. You can be ready to hit the road in as little as a few seconds! Don't forget the drop or two of super glue on the thumbscrew before snapping the
    CLEVER
    THUMB LEVER on. This will help prevent loss of the
    CLEVER
    THUMB LEVER from vibration. Like all attachments on a Harley, we should always check this kind of stuff before and after our rides.
    CLEVER THUMB LEVER INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR HARLEY DAVIDSON:
    • Tighten throttle thumbscrew until throttle engages.
    • Loosen thumbscrew until throttle disengages.
    • Optional but recommended: Put a drop or two of super glue on thumbscrew before snapping the
    CLEVER THUMB LEVER
    on, to help prevent loss of the
    CLEVER THUMB LEVER
    from vibration.
    • Install the
    CLEVER THUMB LEVER
    so that the lever is closest to the front throttle cable. NOTE: If the
    CLEVER THUMB LEVER
    doesn't easily slip on, turn it over, its tapered to fit snugly one way only.
    • It should only take a 1/4 turn to engage a properly working throttle.
