Condition is "Near Mint", very clean, like new, color is very attractive.
Looks to have rarely if ever used.
There are no chips, cracks, or scratches.
The gold plated trim is clean with no brassing.
The bottom of the barrel has a the hallmark Waterman "W" symbol(see picture).
The cap band is marked, "WATERMAN MADE IN FRANCE"(see pictures).
Ink refill is
Blue, Fine.
