Description

The TALON 587-620FB is an analog room temperature sensor featuring an override pushbutton for temporary occupancy, setpoint adjustment and temperature display (Deg F. or C.).  The sensor incorporates a precision temperature sensing element (10k ohm Type II thermistor) to accurately and reliably measure room temperature. Their compact, low profile design results in an attractive, inconspicuous installation. A styled ventilation ring optimizes airflow through the cover for fast measurement response and superior control.   The sensor can be used with Siemens Talon BACnet Equipment Controllers and BACnet Actuator Terminal Equipment Controllers.  It incorporate a thermistor element and plug-in Portable Operator's Terminal port located on the bottom of the cover. The plug-in Portable Operator's Terminal port provides a convenient means of communicating with the controller to command or troubleshoot the system. These sensors connect to controllers via a six-wire cable terminated with a plug-in RJ-11 connector. The cable transmits the temperature, the communication to the Portable Operator's Terminal, and the optional setpoint and override signals.  An access door conceals the setpoint adjustment switch.  Unit measures 3-11/32" H × 2-1/2" W × 1-1/2" D.  Mounting hardware is included.  Sensors are new, in their original boxes.  Includes free shipping.
