    signed U.S. Department of the Treasury, Bureau of Engraving and Printing, Washington, D.C. Souvenir Card. B4. American Stamp Dealers Association - ASDA - National Postage Stamp Show, November 21, 1969, New York, New York.  Features an intaglio reproduction of a block of four Scott #E4 Special Delivery stamps and has a first day of issue cancellation of Scott #E22 45c Arrows plus two additional airmail (C74 & C76) stamps, November 21, 1969.  The USPS held its first day of issue ceremony at the ASDA show on opening day, November 21.  This card is also autographed by the plate printer. Card measures 10 1/2" x 8 1/2".   CONDITION:  This card has been punched for filing in a 3-ring binder. The holes do not show clearly in the scan, but they are there.
